Leo is an 'Old Skool' HOPRA racer from the upper mid west. He was racing HO during the Brass Wars. He had two stripped chassis in his box left over from those days.
One chassis is a 'top motor' while the other is a 'drop motor' design. Leo wanted both of these cars to be competitive in the current BRASCAR series. So current updates were utilized. Independent fronts from RT HO, BSRT gears, pinned shaker plates, armatures suitable for running at 18 volts.
