BSRT Scale Auto's new Compression Molded Modified race car built for DG in Florida. Test laps show it is as fast as a 3 ohm Ceramic/Level 25 Modified running Rock tires. All this for about 1/2 what the Level 25 cars used to cost!
Mo's Army Big Mo's lexans for the 2011 HOPRA Nationals. Parma .010 Porsche 917K lexans in florescent fade.
A fleet of four BSRT Scale Auto G3-R 902s for J.H. in Sweden. An extra set of lexan bodies were ordered - all in individual lane colors. I like the Peugeot 905 "Snow Queen".
BSRT Scale Auto G3-R "Drop-In" Neo car built for Denny B. Super stiff chassis, Titan 34 armature, shunt wire system, Rock tires. This may very well be the last I can build due to certain parts shortages. Whatever the case, these are cool cars! Lexan body painted by HC Slots.
The car at left may seem like only a humble Tyco 440x2. Indeed it is. It was put together for a standard eBay auction with Venom Warp Level 42 Neo Traction Magnets and a paper Dirt Modified body. But it really is more than that. I received a request to end the auction early. After calling and talking with the buyer, I found that he was scheduled in a few days to be deployed for the year in the Middle East. He thought the car was cool and looked forward to running it when he returned.
I am exceedingly proud of this man and his potential sacrifice that I don't have words. I can say this: us folks over here better be eternally thankful to MEN like him that do their duty so we can sit here on our @$$es.
RiggenHO.com new series 4000 chassis for AG&G Hobbies. The brass can 'magna-traction-action' helps this "Fan Car" to really stick to the track. Tires by Sluggo Slots
DW had a problem with one of his kids beating the cr&p out of him with a hopped-up Tyco 440x2 bought from a west coast eBay vendor. The proposed solution is a G3-R Medium chassis running a dynamically balanced 6 ohm armature and the Double Neo Snake Eyes traction magnets. The project is a success! He's now taken delivery on a BSRT Drop-In Neo as well as a BSRT Restricted Open car.
DW shouldn't have to worry to much about not having the fastest car in the family. He's running on a Tomy track so setting the car up for him is a guesstimate. But... it turned a 1.71 lap on the Wiz Scorpion before the first de-slot. It would definitely be good for more if specifically tuned to my Wiz track. Sprays by MAC did the paint work.
"Kiwi Dave" from New Zealand keeps busy with a lot of HO hard-body work. I built him a Riggen similar in specs to the "Thingie Limited Edition". Also he got one of the original 'Super 7' cars with a Noose painted lexan. The paint work alone is worth the price of admission. SeeDave's stuff at the links below:

Our Mexican Connection Dave in Mexico City has been a great customer and friend. He is the current Unlimited Champion there. They race on a wood routed 8-lane track. Most all of their cars are set up to run neo magnets. They post some of their races on You Tube. http://www.youtube.com/user/Deiv80racing If you notice, they run 'Crash & Burn' rules. One absolutely must stay on to win!!
Old Skool Tyco 440x2 Restricted Open
Before there was any such thing as a 'snap together car' from either BSRT, Wizzard, or Slottech, racers had to make there own stuff. This is an example of such an effort. A racer in the Florida club gave me some stripped chassis that he and his bother use to run. Everything about these cars is hand-made or fitted. Essentially the ceramic traction and motor magnets along with the motor bulkheads were epoxied into one unit. From there the bottom was sanded flat. There were various designs to hold the unit in the chassis. This was usually some system of micro screws, glue, clips, or all. I passed this chassis on to Dave in Mexico City since he has a great interest in competitive Tyco platforms. Dave took the chassis and added a Tyco x2 stock but fast selected armature, 7th pinion gear and 22t crown gear, AJ's aluminum double flanged rims and silicone tires, and bushing in the rear and front instead of ball bearing.
E.P. and his Dad have 1:1 Porsche Carrera, Datsun 510, and Austin Mini Cooper race cars. They thought it would be neat to have matching lexans for their BSRT G-Jet cars!! Thanks guys!
