These are sold as a serious hop-up part - you better have the right tires and tools to keep from frying your armature. The traction magnet clip must be in good shape and hold the magnets tight. Loose clips will sink your ship. It is recommend that you run firm slip-on tires such as Super Tires in compound "B". These will also fit a BSRT Scale Auto G3 chassis with a top shim. Fitting them into a G3-R chassis will require a notch to be cut into one end of the magnet. You can NOT run these in a flexible chassis with a flexible magnet clip. Only medium and stiff chassis should be used. Magnets measure .387 x .200 x .121 iches

These are the real deal - Level 35. Specifically made to fit Wizzard Storm cars. These are sold as a serious hop-up part - you better have the right tires and tools to keep from frying your armature. These should only be run in a stiff chassis. It is recommend that you run firm slip-on tires such as Super Tires in compound "B". These magnets are "1/2 Height" and will need shims to hold them in place. A good starting point for a build formula is a stiff chassis, 3 ohm armature, quality front axle set, quality rear hubs and firm tires, a quality 7/25 gear set. The lower left photo is an example. If you find there is still too much down force, you can install these upside-down. This will mimic a Storm Extreme.
Mega Neo Traction Magnets for Tomy SRT and MEGA-G! - $6.99 for 2 Pairs These magnets are virtually 'drop-in' for either a Tomy SRT or the newest Mega-G chassis. They can be installed oriented in either high or low downforce. In a Tomy SRT you can't tell be looking at the assembled car that you're running these critters. It'll make your car really unfair!!
The Mega-Gs have always needed more 'magnets' - so here they are. With the right size tires they give your Mega-G 40% more applied downforce. These will make your Mega-G actually fun to run. The bottom of the rear motor magnet clip in the long wheel-base chassis will have to be shaved off about .025" for best fit. The new shorter 1.5" wheel-base chassis has to have the 'keeper tap' on the inside of the magnet box just above the existing magnets shaved off. The replacement magnets are then glued into place - see the three above photos.
Neo Traction Magnets for Tyco 440x2 Chassis - $3.99 pair These are available in either Level 42 or Level 52 Neo. Level 52 is only recommended for use in black, stiff chassis. The magnets are North / South oriented so they can be installed in either high downforce or low downforce (motor mode). The photos above show two Tyco 440x2 black, stiff wide-pan chassis. One has Venom Warp 52 Neos, the other has molded polymer traction magnets. The Venoms have more track 'sticky'!! Color may be red or blue.
